Your licence

SwiftAgency is a commercial theme, not open source. A valid licence is required to use it; the terms you accepted where you bought it set how many projects it covers. Within those terms the code is yours to change as much as you like.

Without written permission from LessCodex you may not resell, share or give away the theme or its source code (on its own or inside another theme or starter kit), publish the source in a public repository, or remove the copyright notice. The full text is in LICENSE at the root of the theme.

The footer credit

The theme’s footer ends with a small “Theme by LessCodex” link. It’s appreciated, not required. To remove it, set credit to false in src/config/site.ts:

Demo content

The studio, clients, people, quotes, awards, metrics, roles, prices and articles in the demo are fictional. The privacy policy and imprint are templates, not legal advice. Replace all of it with your own before launch.

Photography

Demo photos come from Unsplash through Lorem Picsum, under the Unsplash License. Every photo and photographer is listed in CREDITS.md in the theme. The licence allows use in your project, but they are there as placeholders: your own work sells your studio better.

SwiftAgency is built on these projects. Their licences travel with the code in node_modules.

The fonts are installed as Fontsource packages. The SIL Open Font License allows them on any website, including commercial ones, and self-hosted as the theme does.
